  2. Fit the complete label in the photo Hold the phone directly above it. Do not crop any edge or barcode.
  3. Make the tracking number sharp Tap the label on your phone screen to focus, then check the photo before submitting.
Avoid these common problems Blur, glare, shadows, a photo taken too far away, or a finger covering the tracking number.
